Phuket to Penang and Kuala Lumpur road travel is a scenic drive, passing Phang Nga Bay, Krabi, Trang, Hat Yai, Langkawi, Penang and Ipoh. The fastest way to do the trip from Phuket to Kula Lumpur is take a Air Asia or Firefly flight out of Phuket airport, they have flights twice a day and its just about 1 hour flight time. But be careful when you want to buy a ticket they always will tell you about double the price as announced, that's the way they do it, don't ask them why, they will always lie.
